PCA1601-429-D type OCPP module is a standard controller for client charging
piles developed by our company that meets the OCPP1.5 / OCPP1.6-J / OCPP2.0 standards
of the OCA Alliance. It has PWM charging guidance, plug-in PD detection, RS-232, RS-485,
temperature detection, contactor control, LED indicator, USB and other functions and
interfaces. The communication protocol can be customized according to customer
requirements. It is suitable for AC/DC charging piles for electric vehicles. Through our OCPP
controller module, we can help customers easily realize the OCPP cloud platform control and

management function through AC charging piles.

PCA1601-429-D OCPP module not only has the OCPP client communication function,
but also has the whole pile control function. We combine the OCPP communication function
and the MODE3 controller into one to reduce the size of the controller as much as possible.
Customers only need to configure a simple B-type leakage protector, AC contactor, RFID
card reader, display, etc. To realize the function of European standard and American
standard AC pile. Through our controller, each component is modular for the convenient
after-sales maintenance.

PCA1601-429-D type OCPP module is composed of CPU unit, communication unit,
network unit and power supply. It can be connected with peripherals such as credit card
machines, meters, pile controllers. It has the feature of display controlling, local list storage,
smart charging, low power standby and so on. Meets OCPP-1.5 SOAP, OCPP-1.6 / 2.0 JSON
message transmission standard requirements.
